Getting the Nine Iron ready . . . I remember very vividly, the moment when I was getting ready to swing my Nine Iron . . . I was worried that I would miss . . .

It was interesting how I got this role: I received a call from my manager at the time, Hilly Elkins, and he told me about the movie. I read the script, and I thought to myself, "This is the craziest script I've ever read!" Then I had to audition until I won the role. Whew! My son, Lawrence, who was only about eight years old at the time, told me to do it. And the rest is history!

I had lots of fun working as an actor in Wild Wild West. It was the coolest thing to dress day in and day out for weeks in those dignitary costumes. It was the ultimate in refinement!
